Members meet each Tuesday evening 6:00 – 9:00 PM (except school holidays) from September to the end of May in the woodworking shop of Bernie Wolfe School, 95 Bournais Drive in Transcona. Each week we share good fellowship, tips, experience and even do some carving.

Experienced club members share their knowledge by teaching classes or just mentoring fellow and novice carvers.  Sharing knowledge and friendship are important club traits.  Twice a year we host social “Pizza and Pop” nights where members can display their carvings while socializing.  To celebrate the end of a carving season a sit down dinner is held where we share experiences from the past season, and display our completed works.  Attendance prizes usually see everyone go home with a memento of the dinner.

Our club library consists of over 300 books, videos, patterns and reference material.  These items may be signed out by any club member for a 3 week period. As well, our club has 2 first class sharpening and honing machines.
